Polymer Preparation Systems

Unison polymer systems are designed to optimise polymer performance.

Solids Technology International recognise the that polymer is a critical element of the belt filter dewatering process. Because of this our Unison polymer preparation systems are designed to maximise polymer ageing time, and the controls have the facility to dilute the polymer solution further with water, in order to facilitate good mixing with the sludge stream. This ensures that polymer consumption is minimised.

Unison polymer preparation systems are designed to suit all capacities. Manufactured in stainless steel for durability, the system design allows for a choice between the use of dry or liquid polymers. Polymers can be manually or automatically loaded, depending on the specification requirements.
